The Prep Course is designed to set you up for success prior to entering our general classes. The movements we perform are unique and take some time and practice in the beginning to learn how to execute them properly. You will be educated on what CrossFit is and why we think it is a great way to get you fit. Come prepared to sweat a little, wear comfortable work-out gear.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
This consists of you and a coach working together one on one until you have a sufficient understanding of the 9 fundamental movements of CrossFit, this is typically a one and a half hour session. Contact us via email and a coach will be in touch ASAP to get you booked for your private prep course.
1. Come to a free class! Saturday mornings at 9:00 am !
2. Sign Up for Crossfit Prep. You do not need to attend the Free Class to sign-up for Crossfit Prep and get started. CrossFit Prep is an intro course that teaches you all the basics ensuring safety and fun.
